Rick Walters

Rick Walters, Managing Director of Operations, joined Lincoln Road in 2021. Rick has over 35 years of senior finance and executive management experience in both publicly and privately owned businesses. He has extensive operational experience in the private equity space. He has held executive roles as CFO, President and CEO of private equity owned businesses as well as functioned as an Operating Partner-Group CFO at Sun Capital Partners. Most recently he was Group CFO for the North American operations of Paradies Lagardere Travel Retail an operator of retail and restaurants in over 1,000 airport locations. Prior CFO roles encompassed American Trailer Works (Bain Capital), Motorsport Aftermarket Group (co-owned by Leonard Green & Partners), and Service King Collision Repair (Carlyle / Blackstone). The first 20 years of his career was spent in large public companies primarily in the manufacturing, sourcing and distribution of consumer-packaged goods serving the largest retailers around the world. His career progressed through successively larger finance roles for both operating divisions and corporate functions and he ultimately took on a Group CFO position at Newell Rubbermaid (now Newell Brands). Rick is a CPA and holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
