Lincoln Road Sells Republic Fire to CI Capital’s Summit Cos.

Lincoln Road Global Management and Peninsula Capital Partners have sold Republic Fire Protection Inc. to a strategic buyer after spending three years helping the company consolidate the Southeast’s fire safety-services market.

The buyer, SFP Holding Inc., which does business as Summit Cos., is backed by private-equity firm CI Capital Partners, said Jeff Magny, Lincoln Road’s founder and managing partner.
