Lincoln Road Promotes Jagrit Rai to Senior Associate – PE Hub

Lincoln Road Global Management, LLC (“Lincoln Road”), a private equity firm focused on lower middle market businesses, is pleased to announce that Jagrit Rai has been promoted to Senior Associate. The promotion recognizes Mr. Rai’s contributions to the firm’s growth and highlights the continued strengthening of its investment team.

Prior to joining Lincoln Road as an Associate, Mr. Rai was an Associate with a family office in New York. Mr. Rai began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Group at RBC Capital Markets in New York.

Mr. Rai graduated from Brown University (Providence, RI) with a Bachelors in Applied Mathematics and Economics.

This follows an extremely busy 2019 in which Lincoln Road invested in several additional businesses through its first platform, Republic Fire Protection. Lincoln Road expects to maintain this momentum going into 2020.
